WHAT IS INCLUDED IN AN INTENSIVE WORKSHOP?
- Instruction and coaching on the defined topic or theme
- Group discussion and engagement
- Workbooks and activities to integrate the material
- Boxed lunch, beverages, and snacks
***
HOW ARE INTENSIVES FORMATTED?
As with lunch and learns, intensives utilize multiple senses to deepen learning and retention. Studies show that when we "listen" to a lecture, "write" down notes and highlights, "share" our experiences with others, and actively "practice" the tools taught we increase our ability to integrate material more effectively.
- learn through microbursts of material, which allows them to absorb incremental content more effectively.
- be encouraged to ask questions to ensure that the material is clearly understood
- be provided with a workbook that outlines the material being taught for visual reference and to engage critical thinking
- participate in group discussion and share relative experiences
- help other team members to understand the material more effectively
Two:
Your team MUST take full responsibility for their own results. This means that they must listen and ask questions when they need more clarity. They must do the exercises in the workbooks provided and share their insights with their team members. They must practice the tools and methods they are taught immediately and frequently. They must teach what they have learned to others to deepen their learning.

This workshop focuses on the components of a work environment, and practices, that shift negativity, toxicity, and dysfunctional behaviours into more healthy practices.
We discuss the signs of a toxic environment, characteristics of a healthy environment, and then assess your organizations current culture status. Team members also engage in a anonymous assessment of the overall culture to get first hand feedback.
We then move into more specific pain points reviewing assessments provided by customers, departments, and leadership to identify consistencies, common concerns, and other relative feedback. To prepare for this portion of the workshop, assessments are provided in advance of the workshop to be distributed and completed.
The concept is to use your foundational consciousness practices, and professional profiling toolbox as a springboard to supporting long term transformation of your culture.
During the final portion of the intensive, all assessments are reviewed and discussed by the team. The top three major pain points for resolution are identified, goals are created, deadlines set, accountability measures determined, and tasks assigned.
The same system will be used for progressive change of other pain points that need addressing.
