This is a time of great change and profound awakening. For the past decade, or more, we have been re-defining the way we do business. The past two years has catapulted the dismantling of very system we have clung to, in all areas of our lives, business included.
I have learned many valuable lessons in the past 25 + years of being in the workplace, but if I were to share one of my most profound observations, it would be that an organizations PEOPLE are their greatest asset, and yet they are an asset that many overlook, and deeply under value.
Now, the PEOPLE are demanding that they be seen, acknowledged, and recognized for the value that they know they contribute to a businesses success.... and it's been a long time in coming. The Great Resignation is a sign of this massive paradigm shift in the way we do business and is forcing change that is well overdue.
Leading Consciously is centered around a "whole-self" approach to building greater confidence within the workplace. It is about embodying heart-centered tools, and practices, creating healthy organizational cultures, cohesive teams, optimized systems and enhanced productivity habits to completely transform a company's value for ALL their stakeholders.

All transformation starts with awareness. The heart of this blog is aimed at increasing awareness that will inspire change and action to create lasting transformation. That of course, must start with you. I can point you in the right direction, I can even provide you with some tools and practices to keep you moving in that direction, but it's your commitment and dedication to transforming your workplace that will make it happen.
